Our UNILPEX III heating controllers have been specifically designed for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. They feature an integrated safety temperature limiter (STB). The STB monitors the temperature independently of the control loop and ensures that your heating system is safely shut down in the event of a malfunction. This reliably prevents critical overheating and potential hazards in the
potentially explosive area. It is also certified in accordance with applicable ATEX directives. The STB meets safety level SIL 2, ensuring reliable and safe operation of your system.
