Our warm and hot water generators are suitable for all standard water qualities and can therefore be integrated directly and quickly into your water circuit.

The functional principle of the warm and hot water generators is based on the direct heating of the flow water via a large number of resistance heating elements. For control purposes, these are combined in groups, which are either switched in stages or controlled continuously via a thyristor power controller.

 

Combination with generation plants

Combined heat and power plants that want to offer negative balancing energy often have little flexibility on the balancing energy market. This is due to the fact that when output is reduced, heat generation also decreases, meaning that the heat sink cannot be adequately supplied. 

Power-to-heat (P2H) technology enables these systems to combine heat and electricity more effectively. This allows them to achieve greater flexibility and tap into additional sources of income. 

By combining CHP and power-to-heat, the heat sink can be supplied continuously with heat in a stable and contractual manner even during shutdown operation. The heat generated can be transported to consumers via the existing heating infrastructure. As a result, the existing heating networks can act as buffer storage for peak loads in the electricity grid. This is both economically sensible and economically attractive for the individual plant.
