Heaters

Our heaters enable safe and energy-efficient process control in power plants and refineries, as well as in chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical plants.  Klöpper-Therm heaters are suitable for direct heating, temperature maintenance and compensation of heat losses from liquid and gaseous substances. If required, our systems are also designed for use in Zone 1 and 2 hazardous areas.

Electric boilers

Klöpper-Therm offers you electric boilers in compact designs and individually adapted to your needs. Our electric boilers are designed for optimum utilization of electrical power and suitable for operation in a bivalent heating system. A control system individually tailored to the application enables the boilers to be integrated into almost any system. In combination with renewable energy sources, electric boilers can help to use surplus energy efficiently. For example, water can be heated to store thermal energy in heat storage systems when there is an excess of wind or solar energy. This stored heat can then be used at a later time.

Heat tracing

Our heat tracing systems are specially designed to heat pipes, tanks, vessels and other industrial equipment to maintain frost protection, temperature control or process temperatures. We adapt our heating systems flexibly to your local conditions, enabling effective and economical utilization of the energy used.

By carefully designing the heating systems, we support you right from the planning stage of your project. At your request, our specialized experts will install the systems on site and provide them with optimum insulation. This ensures safety for years to come and reduces heat loss to a minimum.

Surface heating systems

Electric surface heating systems are heating systems that use electrical energy to heat large areas such as floors, walls, ceilings, roofs, ramps or even entire landing areas or to keep them frost-free. These systems offer particularly even heat distribution and can be ideally adapted to the respective conditions with the appropriate control and monitoring systems. Once installed, these systems are virtually maintenance-free.

Depending on the application, surface heating systems from Klöpper-Therm are supplied as heating cables or in the form of specially manufactured heating mats. Matching connection components and control and monitoring devices round off the product range.

System control

Of course, we offer you the right system control for our electric heating systems. Our control and monitoring systems ensure efficient and safe operation of individual heating units in stand-alone operation or integrated into an existing control system.

We plan control systems for you ranging from simple switch boxes for supplying individual heating circuits, through control panels with special temperature control units, to thyristor-controlled panels with several fields. Depending on the requirements, the switchgear is planned for installation in the control room or in the outdoor installation. The use in potentially explosive atmospheres is also possible.
