Klöpper-Therm manufactures heating distribution panels suitable for the various surface heating and frost protection systems. Adapted to the most diverse situations, the control cabinets are manufactured as wall-mounted or floor-standing cabinets, in either plastic design, as sheet steel cabinets or in stainless steel design, with or without inspection window, in protection classes IP44; IP54 or IP 65.

Depending on the application, our heating control cabinets can be equipped with different components:
- Temperature controllers with status display
- Temperature controllers with digital display
- Differential temperature controllers with digital display
- Ice detectors with digital display
- Monitoring relay for alarm forwarding in the event of sensor breakage or short circuit or if the temperature falls below >2°C;
- Current display of the individual heating circuits via current transformer with LED or current monitoring of all heating circuits
- Fuse switch disconnectors, main and group fuses
- RCDs, operating hours counter, key switch for heating circuit testing
- Circuit breakers, contactors
- Fuse plug terminals, input and output terminals.
- Enclosure heating with thermostat to ensure functionality at temperatures below +5°C
The switchgear is supplied fully wired and labeled, including wiring diagram and operating and connection instructions.
Control box KTSF 1 BD
The KTSF 1 BD control box is a high-quality control unit equipped with a UFS 1882 T temperature controller.
This controller offers intuitive operation via a touchscreen with display. The system is ideal for controlling and monitoring a heating mat and a temperature sensor.

The KTSF 1 BB control box is equipped with a UFS mini II temperature controller, which has a digital temperature display.
The control box allows the connection of a heating mat and a temperature sensor.
