More than 1000 m² of under freeze protection in the Rövershagen ice sculpture hall
The newly built ice sculpture hall in Rövershagen is designed to bring visitors closer to the fascination of the fragile and ephemeral art of ice sculptures. To prevent the sculptures from melting, temperatures of -10 °C prevail in the hall. The icy temperatures in the interior draw heat from the ground below in the area of the components in contact with the ground, such as the foundations and floor surfaces. Klöpper-Therm under-freeze protection heating efficiently prevents the subsoil from freezing and thus serious damage to the building.
